Trash

Trash is a book about three friends that grew up in the brazil  slums. They fought for each other against the public in brazil . The cops were trying to look for a wallet that was full of money. These three kids get money for working   in the brazil dump but they did not make much.

I think that this book is a interesting book for adults not really kids because you have to really think about the book when you read it. The kids may be able to read this book but they have to think hard to really understand the book. This book is a really time consuming book but it's worth it.

Giraffe

Surprised Giraffe in the USA

This picture is about a giraffe that is scared of a big crowd that came to see him so he hid from all of them up in a big tree. He was a warrior of all the giraffes .He sat there for ages  in peace everyone left and he started to smile at them. The Giraffe felt sad because he was really sad because he had no friends to play with  and he felt lonely without a big crowd watching him. At last his crowd came back and they cheered for him and he was smiling again. Then he lived a happy life from on wards with heaps of friends.  That was my story about the surprise giraffe in the USA.

Ko Wai Au

This picture is about my language and my favourite stuff to do. I used some of my cultures patterns that my family use sometimes.This has also got my favourite Wrestlers We made these paddles to tell people about us. Next I have my rugby team called Vikings. I have also got my favorite brand on it’s called Nike. Lastly I put  my 2 favourite sports  on that I love called Rugby and NBA.

About Me

Hi my name is Shayden. I am 10 years old. I go to Rangikura school In Porirua. So far this year it's been good in Room 10 my Teacher is Mrs Breuss-McBride. I have made heaps of friends in Room 10 like Va’a and Aura. I also love playing rugby league. I also love playing Gta V online with all my friends I'm a modder. Lastly my goal for this year is to become a better tackler in rugby. That is a little bit about me.

                  EOTC Week

Last week was EOTC week for Pohutukawa block. We spent the whole week doing all diffrent things like going to Te papa, the pools and having survival day. We learnt at Te papa about Ngati toa tribe. They came from Kawhia and came to Porirua to live.

My favorite time of EOTC  week was when we got to do whatever we want to in the pool because we usually go for lessons . At EOTC week we were able to do bombs and go on the slide go in the spa. Some of us were playing volleyball some of us were doing bombs and some were just sitting in the spar. I was mainly playing volley ball. It was about 5 vs 5. In my team was Va’a, Mikaio, Malcolm, Isaac and Me. We won most of our games.

One thing that was challenging was when we were doing survival day because we had to do heaps of challenges. On survival day we played games with Miss Bruess McBride and did challenges with Miss Holland and Challenges with Miss Hills. My favorite part was when we played games with Miss Bruess McBride because they were fun games.

Hi my name is Shayden Im 10 years old and I go to Rangikura School in Porirua. I like playing rugby with my friends. I also like maths and reading because i'm good at maths and reading is fun. My friends names are Aura, Vaa and many more. But my best friend is Aura. I have been at Rangikura school for 5 years.
